HSYD provided primary healthcare support in underserved Afghan communities where medical services were limited and essential medicines scarce. Mobile teams reached remote areas, while fixed health points offered ongoing consultations, maternal care, and treatment for common illnesses. Essential medications and preventive services were supplied according to humanitarian health guidelines.
