HSYD distributed standardized food boxes and essential medical supplies in conflict-affected regions of Sudan. The intervention targeted internally displaced families, vulnerable patients, and communities cut off from regular supply routes. Food parcels provided stable nutrition, while clinics received priority medical consumables needed for basic treatment. Coordination with local partners ensured safe access and efficient delivery.
