HSYD established a temporary school within Gaza’s displacement camps to address the critical interruption of education caused by widespread destruction. The school was built using insulated caravan units replacing fragile tent structures, creating safe and climate-protected classrooms for displaced children. HSYD provided essential learning materials, trained teachers, and a structured educational environment that supported psychological stability and restored a sense of routine. Through this intervention, the organization successfully revived access to formal learning and strengthened the protection and well-being of children affected by the conflict.
